Our Refund Policy gives customers’ the right to request reimbursement. Our goal is to make sure all customers’ are 100% satisfied! We can guarantee we will do your work with the utmost integrity, to the best of our abilities, within the allotted agreed-upon deadline.
Refunds will not be issued 30 days after the transaction. Refunds can be returned to the original payment method used for the initial purchase. Please review our refund policy thoroughly prior to purchase:
Late Cancellation: Suppose the customer decides they no longer need the order after confirming and paying. In that case, our Quality Assurance Coordinator will investigate what refund amount will be issued. It will vary from 100%-50% depending on how close the deadline is and if the work has already begun. No refunds will be issued for customers canceling within three days of the deadline.
Delayed or Inaccurate Information: Customers must send all needed materials to complete the order within 48 hours. If the deadline requires urgency, notification will be given. No refunds will be issued due to customers lacking the necessary information to complete the order correctly or sending the information needed at the last minute.
Disputed Clams: If the customer is not satisfied and would like to get a refund instead, an investigation will be conducted. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result of the investigation. Customer satisfaction is important to us; therefore, our customers are always treated fairly to improve quality assurance.
Content Origininality: If there is a claim regarding the rendered service’s originality, a clear report (by any reputable service) with evidence is required, or else no refund is possible.
You are not entitled to a refund if: A lower result than what was expected is received. Our purpose to educate customers through collaboration. We are unable offer a refund for an unsatisfactory result or a similar claim. We are not responsible for errors of a contextual nature or instances of content originality problems in materials provided by the customer. Moreover, any attempt to harrass, pressure, mislead, or defame Matthews and Co. Writing Firm to produce new content after an investigation and a fair resolve has been rendered will be deemed malicious acts and customers may be blocked from future orders.
